5. Lighted Fishing Piers, Marina & Kayaking (NO PUBLIC FISHING – GUESTS ONLY)
- NO PUBLIC FISHING – GUESTS ONLY: The lighted fishing piers, docks, and bayou water frontage are private property exclusively for registered overnight guests. No public fishing or non-registered day visitors are permitted on piers at any time.
- Two 24/7 lighted fishing piers extend over Dickinson Bayou equipped with high-output green night-fishing lights mounted above water on the pier structures (not submerged underwater) that activate automatically from dusk until dawn to attract gamefish. Valid Texas fishing license required for adults.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult on fishing piers and boat docks. Life vests are strongly recommended for children and non-swimmers around open water.
- Please keep fish cleaning tables tidy by washing them down with fresh water after each use and disposing of all fish remains in designated sealed receptacles.
- Kayaking & Paddleboards: Guests are welcome to launch kayaks and paddleboards directly into Dickinson Bayou. Please check in with the on-site manager before launching kayaks into the water.
- Marina boat slips must be used in accordance with Texas boating regulations. Strictly no wake inside the marina basin. (Note: There is no public boat launch ramp on-site; launch at nearby Dickinson Bayou public ramps and dock in our slips.)
6. Pet Policies & Dog Run
- We welcome up to 2 well-behaved pets per site. Aggressive pets or non-compliant breeds are not permitted.
- Pets must be kept on a handheld leash (max 6 feet) at all times when outside your RV.
