Resort Policies for Renters

For your safety and enjoyment please observe the following rules:

• Visitors and overnight guests must register at the Office BEFORE proceeding to the site.
• Visitors must leave the resort by 10:00 pm.
• There is a maximum of 8 visitors per site.
• There is a maximum of 2 vehicles (INCLUDING RV) at each site.
• Please park additional vehicles in the designated overflow parking areas.
• Boats and trailers can be parked in the storage area on the north side of the Clubhouse if you have registered them with the office.
• Each registered guest will be responsible for their visitors and children. Children must not be left unattended at anytime and must be at their sites by 10:00 pm.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 pm – 7:00 am

Pets: All pets must be kept on a physical leash at all times and must not be left alone outside unattended. Please be considerate of other campers around you by controlling barking. Pets are not allowed in buildings. Aggressive dogs are not allowed in the resort. It is required that you pick up after your pet. Shock Collars are not considered replacements for leashes.

Speed Limit: 5 mph at all times.

Driving: All motorized vehicles may only be driven by licensed drivers 17 yrs. or older and may be driven on paved roads only. Motorcycles may only be driven to and from your site.

Campfires: No campfires are permitted unless they are in a fire pit that sits off of the ground and enclosed with a wire mesh screen with flames kept low. Fire pit must be kept on the concrete slab.

Trash: Please place trash in the dumpsters located within the park. Please breakdown all boxes.

Smoking: The office, laundry, bath area, and clubhouse are designated as NON-SMOKING areas.

Grassy Areas: All objects are to be kept off of the grassy areas for mowing purposes. Please do not walk through the grassy areas of other sites.

Sites: Please keep sites clean and uncluttered at all times.

Check In Time: 2:00 pm
Check out time: 12:00 noon

Please respect other guests so everyone can have an enjoyable experience at our resort. We do reserve that right to remove from the resort anyone or any group causing a disturbance.
